What Kind of Emails Does a Trust-First Marketer Actually Send?

The News That Stopped Me This Morning
The sky here in Calgary has been doing that midsummer thing it does – clear and blue well past nine in the evening.
Long June days have a way of making you feel like anything’s possible.
And then I saw the news.
Robin Hood’s famous hiding place – the Major Oak – a 1,200-year-old tree deep in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, England – has officially been declared dead.
It failed to put out a single new leaf this spring. After 1,200 years.
The RSPB – the conservation body that manages the forest – confirmed it. Scientists believe a combination of things brought it down: millions of visitors compacting the soil over decades, plus a string of increasingly hot and dry summers.
The tree will remain standing as a natural monument.
I think that’s fitting.
A 40-Minute Drive From Sherwood Forest
Now – I’m not usually the type to carry on about a tree dying in England.
But this one stopped me.
Because Nottinghamshire is where Internet Profits is headquartered.
