A Smart Looking Blog
Don’t you love it when you come across a smart looking blog with one piece of content that catches your eye?
I’m running with an organic traffic strategy right now. And that entails writing a blog post once weekly.
And then I’ve learned from my coach for the rest of the week I should search out other marketing blogs to read, comment on, and share the blogger’s content with my channels.
So this week, I was just finishing off sharing the last post on my Saturday Share list on LinkedIn when there was notice of a poll.
The poll didn’t work for me but when I went to check the profile I found a marketer out of Belguim with Meta and LinkedIn certificates.
New Networking Connection on LinkedIn
While I wait for his “accept” on the networking invitation I sent out, I did a bit of exploring to find that among other things he had a Facebook Marketing blog.
I’ll perhaps get into the first post a bit later. It appeared to be an interview of sorts.
But me being the reporting guy who loves taking deep dives into data and making nice professional looking reports – I jumped on his second last post that was titled, “Meta Ads Insights Report in Google Analytics 4”
He got me at “Report”. Now that sounded like something up my alley.
I love dealing with Meta Ads Data Reporting and I look forward to getting back to paid lead ads when my financial situation improves.
Isn’t that the case for you – you’ll get it done when your financial sicheation improves, lol?
Now for the Google Analytics 4 – this is something I should be privy to but I’m barely hanging on to a Google Ad account and I have some research on my hands.
THAT gives me home work.
So I thought.
Blog Content
I started reading the content of the blog and it would be mighty fine for someone doing actual Facebook Ads – but I am more interested in blogs that speak of Facebook Lead Ads.
And then when Google Analytics 4 is brought up, I realize that we’re talking pixels and I haven’t taken my business into pixels yet.
So I’m pretty sure I’m not going to be sharing this blog but I think to myself, “At least I’m keeping at my organic traffic strategy looking for good blog content that I think my readers would be interested in.”.
But I won’t totally waste the visit. Hopefully I will acquire a new networking connection on LinkedIn and I thought I would shout out some of the blog design that I like.
Design of the Blog
First off, the home page for https://bramsocial.com/ the page has lots of white space and the header with a white background shows some social icons with a profile picture and a search icon. I like.
Above this header is a Call To Action to subscribe to his newsletter.
Each of his blog posts have a featured image which could be considered to be a banner as well. They each show a picture of Bram.
Then when you get into one of his posts, a sidebar contains a list of recent posts.
And then what I really like is instead of Categories he uses the words Tag cloud with buttons for each of his tags.
Conclusion
I’m thinking Bram’s website invites more exploration. Some of his tutorials do spark interest.
And this is what Blog sharing is all about – stuff I can learn – and stuff I can show other people.
It seems I was right in the first place. I do have to spend some more homework time looking over Bram’s content. I may find a gem of a blog post to share yet.
If you are doing any sort of Blog Hopping, let me know in the comments if you’ve found any interesting blog posts to share.
I am not blog hopping outside of Dean’s group. There’s a blog challenge going on right now throughout July that I used to join, but not this time, called the Ultimate Blog Challenge. But most often, the blog content is all over the place. And my time recently is spend on my You Tube channel.
Hi Robert,
Absolutely! Sometimes, diving into someone’s content can be like treasure hunting. I do this sometimes to get insight on different people’s content. You’re sifting through their ideas and insights, and suddenly, you uncover a blog post that’s so inspiring that you can’t wait to share it with others. It’s like finding a hidden gem of information.
Thanks for sharing!

I’m a big fan of reading other’s content on their blogs and getting wisdom and ideas. It helps me understand a little bit about their journey and helps me understand where I may need to be if they’re ahead of me. You never know what you’re going to find when you take the time to read and try to understand so much of the wisdom that is out there. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead!
Hi Robert,
Great stuff! Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I’m keeping the blog hopping to within our group here with Dean.
Having said that, I’m not saying I won’t be doing that in the future but for how, just keeping it like this.
Keep us posted as to the development of it all!
All the best!
Robert,
I am not blog hopping outside of this group as time constraints does not allow it. However, I may in the future. The amount of information I learn from this group has been great, and I am sure I can learn more from others when I start my blog hopping journey outside of this group.

Robert, I totally relate to finding that one blog post that grabs your attention! Your organic traffic strategy sounds solid, and it’s great that you’re actively engaging with other bloggers. Bram’s blog design seems inviting and user-friendly, especially with the white space and intuitive layout. Networking on LinkedIn while exploring new content is a smart move. Keep up the great work, and I’m sure you’ll find plenty of valuable posts to share! Atif
Personally, I’m sticking to blog hopping withing our group. I just don’t have the time with everything else we need to do. Good on you for exploring outside blogs. It sounds like you have come across a good one here with your new Belgian friend.
